During the month of October we are continuing to focus on the pillar REPECT in our Character Counts Program. October is also National Bullying Prevention Month. Bullying can happen in many different ways. It can include teasing, being hurtful to someone, ignoring them or hurting them. It can also happen anytime – in person, online, on the phone, in class, on the bus, in your neighborhood or even in your home. Bullying is never ok. The great thing is that there is much that you can do to stop or prevent it. This week’s trait is Action 10/25: “Strong people stand up from themselves. But the strongest people stand up for others.” – Unknown
