Medications
If your child requires medication to be administered at school, please complete the appropriate form. Parents are responsible for the delivery of the medication to school. Medications must be in its original container and clearly labeled with the student's name.

Immunizations
Immunizations required for PreK, K, 7th & 12th-grade students. An updated immunization record must be given to the office before the 1st day of school with the required vaccines. You may fax them to Mespo 440-693-4656 or Bloomfield 440-685-4751.
Head Lice
Bloomfield - Mespo Local Schools have a "no-live lice" policy. If your child has been identified with live lice, he/she will be sent home. Hair treatment, as well as home care, must be done prior to returning to school. Parent must bring the student in on the first day of returning from head lice, the student must have a head exam & be cleared to return to class.
