Our Lady Cards Volleyball teams took on tough rival St John’s last night. The Jr High ladies started the night with a close loss in two sets. Both Aniyla and Peyton served long rallies and played tough defense. They’ll return to action on Monday against Lordstown.
JV played a good game, but we’re unable to earn the win. Bella and Tina each had 5 digs and Sophia, Klarissa, and Bella each had 2 kills.
The Varsity played a defensive game, but were unable to put together a run. Hannah had 8 kills and 8 digs. Kat and Tessa each had 6 assists. Neveah led serves with 2 aces and Abigail had 13 digs.
The high school team returns to action Saturday in a Tri-Match against Painesville Harvey and Youngstown Chaney. Go cards!
